My new favourite yoga studio in Winnipeg, Manitoba! They offer 26 posture classes (Bikram-style), ballet yoga classes, children yoga classes, and circus classes. This a great way to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall health. The yoga instructors are all really friendly and they are some of the best teachers I have had.
